Titanfall eGuide Maps Rise

Pilot Hunter

Tactics

  • A great Ordnance choice for Rise is the Arc Mine. Throw these inside structures like Central Control, Pressure Control, Storage, Irrigation Control, and Water Pump Control. Enemy Pilots are known to run in these areas a bunch so you will be able to pick up some easy kills. If the mines don’t kill them, at least you are now aware of the location of your enemy when you see a hit marker pop up on your HUD.
Pro Tip: Flamesword

The Sky Bridge is very important to hold. This middle area between both sides will allow you to predict where the opponent will come from. For example, when you are controlling the Sky Bridge and if your team is spawns on one side of the map then you know the opponent must be coming from the other side of the map. When you are on the Sky Bridge, you can push towards the enemy to gain some ground to surprise attack the enemy. While you’re attacking the enemy, be sure to have one of your teammates fill in your spot controlling the Sky Bridge.

  • This map is meant to be played fast paced. Pilots will be constantly jumping from wall to wall. Equip the Quick Reload Kit to your Tier 1 slot. It is pretty hard to shoot enemies jumping around and ammunition gets spent quickly. Compensate for this by having a faster reload time, which will allow you to keep constant pressure on enemies jumping around.
  • Scenario: Your team has the lead and all of a sudden loses control of the center area of the map. Slow the pace of the game down by taking a safe route back towards the center of the map. Take the walkways on the top level of the Water Pump Control or Central Control (depending on which side of the map you spawn on), which lead to the center of the map.
  • If you turn around and look up at your initial spawn you’ll see a few large open pipes at the Militia spawn or at the IMC spawn you’ll see two long hall ways. These pipes and hall ways can be reached by either a zip line or wall jump. Once inside the pipes or hallways you’ll have a great overview of your base and incoming enemies from the center of the map. These positions are great place to take advantage of the openness of the area to dominate Pilots with a sniper rifle and Titans with a Charge Rifle.
