Tactics
- A power position for Titans will be around the Lockwood Building area. This area has many buildings and structures to use for cover and to bait the enemy Titans into. From the back of the Lockwood Building you can patrol back and forth and have views towards the Arch, Beach, and Bungalows. You’ll need to communicate with your team where you see enemy Titans moving too. Also, keep a lookout for enemy Titans trying to flank behind you from behind the massive battleship parked on the Beach.
- As a Pilot, you don’t have too much free and covered space to roam around as a Pilot. Most buildings on the map can be seen inside by a Titan. On this map, you’ll want to stay focused on keeping your Titan alive and not leaving your Titan in Auto-Titan.
- The long open areas on this map make the Plasma Railgun very useful. With this weapon you can deal massive damage on enemy Titans from long range. If you hit the enemy Titan on a weak spot with the Plasma Railgun, it will nearly destroy the enemy Titan.
Pro Tip: StrongSideThis map has some extremely open areas, especially the Beach. If you know an enemy Pilot has Cloak and is coming for your Titan, stop moving for a few seconds and look for a blur on your screen. You must be completely still for this to work. Although Cloak makes it hard to see an enemy Pilot, it isn’t impossible. When you stand still, the pixels on your screen stop changing. The pixels will change once a cloaked enemy Pilot passes through your view. Then you can move, but stay focused on the blur to kill the enemy Pilot. |
