Titanfall eGuide Maps Outpost 207

Pilot Hunter

Tactics

  • The Observatory is a great location to set up shop and snipe from. The dome provides you with enough cover to snipe from but avoid danger. You can pick off an enemy Pilot or two near the Factory at the start of the game before being noticed.
Pro Tip: Flamesword

Control the Armory with the Observatory. If you see a teammate is sniping, start patrolling the area around the Armory. You will be able to pick off weak Pilots and call out anyone flanking your sniper. Vice versa if you are sniping: be sure to call out the locations of enemy Pilots and which ones you have weakened.

Pro Tip: StrongSide

When you are in the Armory and fighting enemy Pilots at the Cannon Building, don’t be predictable by always shooting from the same location. Switch windows after every engagement to throw the enemy off.

  • The rooftop of the Factory is an incredible spot to be with the G2A4 Rifle or a sniper of your choice. A Pilot is provided with an incredible line of sight across the map. Pick off the minions in the middle and keep an eye to your right towards the Delivery Building for enemy Pilots.
  • A player equipped with Active Radar Pulse as a Tactical Ability and a shotgun is super effective inside the Cannon Control Room and Cannon Building. This Pilot should use the ability every chance possible to spot enemies nearby. Enemy Pilots will be caught off guard as close-quarter combat dominates these two locations.
  • Be aware that you can go around the top of the Cannon Building. This is an effective route because you can check the Observatory without revealing yourself too much. This allows you to spot an enemy sniper and take them out by surprise.
  • The center of the map becomes congested with many enemies throughout the game. A Titan can sweep through the area to reduce its Core Ability time and pick off an enemy Pilot here and there. Don’t stay focused on one enemy too long. There are rocks that make it hard to dash out. Always have an escape route ready to keep your Titan alive.
