Capture the Flag

Tactics

  • The flags are located inside the Foreman’s Office and the Communication Building. Each building is designed for close-quarter combat, so be prepared for defenders to be inside with shotguns.
  • The Lavatory is a great position to defend the flag within the Foreman’s Office. Inside is a window that you can look through to spot enemies approaching from the Yellow Bridge or flanking underneath the bridge.
  • When on the offense and trying to grab the flag inside of the Foreman’s Office, quickly escape by taking the zip line on the second level. This zip line will bring you straight into the Odyssey where you then can run towards the Med Lab for cover.
  • Defending the flag inside the Communication Building can be done in two different ways. One option will be to set up inside on the second level of the building and constantly look back and forth to see if enemies come out of the Odyssey. Your other choice is to control your side of the Med Lab and spot enemies before they make it on your side.
Pro Tip: Flamesword

When grabbing the flag inside the Communication Building, make your way to the second level. Immediately begin wall running to clear the small window gap and jump onto the hanging wall. You will immediately have to jump off the hanging wall, but save your double jump for when you are near the next wall. This will lead you directly inside of the Odyssey.
  • Players can escort flag carriers effectively through the underpass underneath the Odyssey. The bodyshield of the Titan will protect a Pilot riding on the back of a friendly Titan from enemy fire.
