Tactics
- Have your own or a friendly Titan waiting in the Hydro Control Bay. This will allow you to move in, grab the flag, and be escorted back to your base with the objective.
- When running the flag back into the Hydro Control Bay, park your Titan in the lower level of this building to ensure that you don’t get picked off by a sniper as you are exiting your Titan outside the Hydro Control Bay.
- When you are a Pilot, a sneaky route to the Hydro Control Bay is to take the underpass underneath the Market Bridge. You will avoid Titans and be able to sneak into the enemy flag unseen. This is especially effective when you have a Titanfall available so you can grab the flag, drop the full-armor Titan, and run the flag back for a score.
- A sniper on top of the Hotex will prove very useful. This sniper is able to spot and call out the positions of the opposing team. The top of the Hotex has a little hidden tunnel that provides you with safe cover when you need to duck your head for a second.
- Hanging around the rooftops near the City Turret allows you to hold that side of the map. This will keep the opposing team trapped around the Hotex area. Activate the turret for more firepower.
Pro Tip: StrongSide When pulling the flag out of the Hydro Control Bay, have your teammates control the Bar and Marvin’s Place. Run the flag behind these buildings as your teammates cover you back to your base. Holding the Bar and Marvin’s Place should also force the opposing team to spawn around the Apartments. The teammates controlling the Bar and Marvin’s Place should move back to your base and prepare for enemies attacking from the City Turret. |
