Titanfall eGuide Maps Lagoon

Pilot Hunter

Tactics

  • This map is an extremely open map and will be great for sniper rifles. While using the sniper rifle, equip the Tactical Ability Cloak to keep yourself somewhat hidden from enemy Pilots.
Pro Tip: Walshy

While using the Longbow-DMR Sniper, wall jump to this location above the Science Lab and you’ll have an overview of the Bungalows area and the Arch area. This is a great position to cover your teammates and pick off enemy Pilots spawning near the Beach and Bungalows.

Pro Tip: StrongSide

The Cliff House is a great position to hold during the match, since you’re able to move quickly to either side of the map to assist your team. The Cliff House also has a complete overview of the Bungalows and the walkways around the Cliff House. If you wall jump up the side of the Cliff House, you’ll find a opening where you can move around on top of the roof. Enemy Pilots don’t often look up here, so you’ll be able to get a few easy kills on the enemy Pilots traveling through the Cliff House area.

  • As a Titan, you’ll want to patrol the ramps leading up to the Cliff House and keep a eye out for enemy Pilots sneaking through the Caves. These are the two central areas of the map and the most traveled by Pilots. Watch for action happening with your teammates so you are able to assist them with your Titan in any battles they are fighting. A Titan is always a safe bet up against an enemy Pilot. Also, be sure to equip Cloak to your Pilot loadout so you can easily escape once you eject from your Titan.
Pro Tip: Flamesword

A great location to patrol are the wooden ramps that lead to the Cliff House. The wooden ramps near the Lockwood Building are super useful when trying to escape enemy Pilots. Jump off the little plank and catch the cliff wall. From here, quickly jump to the panel in front of the Lockwood Building, and then to the next panel. At the end of the next panel, double jump towards the Arch. This jump provides another option to the Arch without taking the zip line from the Lockwood Building.

  • If the other team has the upper hand due to having more Titans out in play, think about slowing the game down and heading inside the Lockwood Building. From within you can still pick off minions through the windows while using your Anti-Titan weapons to damage the enemy Titans. The building provides great cover, forcing the enemy Pilots to disembark their Titans and come inside to fight you. Take this to your advantage and eliminate them as they enter.
