Tactics
- Whether you’re running and gunning as a Titan towards the center of the map or wall running across the top of the map as a Pilot, you’ll always want to be on the lookout for a surprise attack. There are many windows and paths that you need to become familiar with so you won’t be surprised by an enemy.
- If your team is going head-on towards the center of the map, be sure you and your team communicate with each other so you can focus your fire on one Titan at a time to quickly take out the enemy Titans.
- The Sky Walk is going to be a power position for Pilots on foot looking to deal damage below towards enemy Titans. Keep an eye out for enemy Pilots attempting the same maneuver. Using Arc Grenades here will be a huge step towards your team’s success. If you are able to hit a group of enemy Titans with an Arc Grenade, this opens the opportunity for your team to charge in and deal massive damage to the enemy Titans.
- There isn’t much cover near the center of the map, so you’ll want to make sure you’re traveling with other friendly Titans. If not, you could get trapped in one of the long pathways leading across the map alongside Pressure Control, Central Control, Water Pump Control, and Irrigation Control.
- If you find your team down a Titan, play passive and move back towards your initial spawn. Use the buildings in your base for cover. If you have long-range weapons attached, you’ll be able to deal small amounts of damage from a distance as the enemy Titans push in to attack your team. These small amounts of damage add up when your entire team is shooting the enemy Titans and will even the playing field while your team is down a Titan.
