Last Titan Standing

Tactics

Pro Tip: StrongSide

When playing this game mode, equip the Spitfire LMG to your Primary Weapon Pilot loadout and equip the Slammer MOD. This can destroy an enemy Titan extremely fast when you rodeo attack the enemy. Equip the Tactical Ability Cloak as well to better your chances at getting near an enemy Titan. A good time to rodeo attack an enemy Titan is when there is a lot of action happening (so the enemy Titan’s teammates won’t notice as fast) or when an enemy Titan is moving around solo.

  • Nexus is built for multiple Titan battles spread throughout the entire map. Teams will want to have some control of the center of the map. A Stryder can dash to the center off the start of the match to scout out the other team—have a Vortex Shield to stop incoming fire. Quickly retreat after seeing what the other team is doing and communicate the enemy’s actions to your team.
  • Equipping an 40mm Cannon, Plasma Railgun, or XO-16 Chaingun gives you the range to damage enemy Titans from a distance. Use the outskirts and cover around the Landing Pad to get good angles on the opposing team. Damaging enemy Titans from a distance will keep you safe and allow you to choose when you want to commit to a battle.
Pro Tip: Flamesword

Group pushes are the key to success when playing Last Titan Standing. A good push off the start is sending four Titans down the street near Marvin’s Place while having an Ogre Titan or two head through the middle of the map. These Ogre Titans can take a lot of damage, allowing the group of Titans to flank successfully. Once these four Titans have flanked, the two Ogre Titans should aggress forward and assist the flanking Titans.

  • The Triple Threat equipped with the Mine Field MOD allows you to keep enemy Titans from pushing through the streets of the city. The Triple Threat is a great primary weapon to stop the opposing team from pushing down the middle of the city without being massively damaged.
  • Off the start of the game, take your Titan near the turret close to your spawn. Disembark the Titan and quickly hack the turret. The turret can shoot enemy Titans, which will give away their position. This allows you to push up with your team and deal more damage to an enemy Titan to gain control.
  • The Charge Rifle is a great Anti-Titan weapon to have equipped due to its long-range fire. Once your Titan is destroyed, escape to the many rooftops and buildings on the map. This will provide you great angles to charge up your Anti-Titan weapon and damage enemy Titans from a distance.
