Tactics

  • You’ll find that minions swarm the Lockwood Building, under the Cliff House, and under the Arch. These are locations you’ll want to keep moving around to get your Titanfall quicker, but keep an eye out for enemy Pilots attempting to do the same. Sometimes using your minions as bait will get you an easy kill on an enemy Pilot.
  • Holding the Arch is a great position as you have an overview of half the map and a good view of minions fighting near the Lockwood Building and underneath the Arch. The Arch also has many escape routes by taking any of the zip lines leading away from the area.

When I am controlling the Arch, I find it beneficial to have my sniper loadout. My loadout will consist of the Longbow-DMR Sniper equipped with the AOG scope attachment and Stabilizer MOD. From up here, I pick off enemies to reduce my Titanfall build time and try to spot out enemy Pilots. My Tactical Ability is Cloak, making me hard to see as I am so high up on the map. This allows me to fire upon enemy Pilots without them ever seeing me.
  • The Lockwood Building is another great position to hold, with all the windows to shoot from and access to underneath the building, which has great cover and is good for patrolling the area to kill minions. You’ll find many areas around this building to kill minions and bait enemy Pilots nearby. The roof of the Lockwood Building has a zip line that leads to the Arch. Use this zip line to efficiently travel back and forth.
  • Once you have your Titan, patrol around the Lockwood Building and Communications Buildings to take out the many minions in these areas. These buildings will also serve for great cover if enemy Titans pursue you. This map has so much space to move around with your Titan. Take advantage of this space if you are fighting a losing battle by running away to buy time for your team to come assist you.
  • Traveling through the Caves can be the safest route since it is enclosed and covered by many walls. The Caves can also lead to many minion kills, but be sure to have a suppressor attached as you’ll want to stay hidden from the minimap.
