Titanfall eGuide Maps Outpost 207

Hardpoint Domination

Tactics

  • Hardpoint A is located within the Cannon Building and Titans are free to move in and out of this objective. You’ll have a lot of space to move around inside the Cannon Building, so never stay in one position too long, as enemy Pilots are sure to be running around on the upper level of this building.
  • Hardpoint C can also be captured and contested by a Titan. There are many catwalks within the Factory where Hardpoint C lies. Pilots need to run on them and coordinate an attack on enemy Titans. Bait and switch with teammates or rodeo attack every time an opportunity presents itself.
Pro Tip: StrongSide

Titans can control the entire outcome of this game, so knowing how to take on a Titan as a Pilot is critical. You should usually avoid these fights, but they are doable. This map is small enough that you will want Cloak as your Tactical Ability. If you are above an enemy Titan, jump on top to begin a rodeo attack on if. Once the enemy Pilot disembarks, activate your Cloak so you briefly vanish and take them out. If the enemy Titan has spotted you, draw it near cover so you can Cloak and start a possible run to rodeo attack the Titan.

  • At Hardpoint A, sit on top of the bottom structure that holds the cannon to hide from enemies. You can use various areas to stand on and hide. Stay close to the back side of the cannon, so if an enemy Titan engages you, you’ll be able to wall jump to the upper level to take cover.
  • Hardpoint B cannot be accessed or seen by Titans. This makes it an extremely valuable hardpoint to control throughout the game as there may be times you have fewer Titans than the opposing team. This is a great location to capture and contest the flag if needed. Cover is provided and you could always lock your aim on the front doors. If you see the objective is contested then you know the enemy entered through another entrance.
  • If your team has the higher Titan count then controlling both Hardpoints A and C is the safest bet. With how easily Titans can move in and out of these objectives, your team will easily win the game. Once these hardpoints are captured, keep your Titans patrolling back and forth by the Turret. Once you see the objectives are being lost, dash back inside and hunt the enemies down while contesting the hardpoint.
  • If you are controlling Hardpoint B, then be sure to use the zip line that leads to the Cannon Control Room. From here you can sneak to the Turret and hack it. The Turret will assist you and help delay enemy Titans so you and your team can capture one of the enemy’s objectives.
