What You Can Find Here
You’ll find City Wok on the western end of Restaurant Row. Other than elves occasionally wandering through hoping to give you a massive wedgie, the outside of City Wok is uneventful.
Head inside and speak with Mr. Kim at the counter. He sends you on the “Mongolian Beef” side quest to beat up the Mongolians’ kids in the Tower of Peace next door; he’s hoping that bit of intimidation will send them running for the hills and allow him to put out a whole-new, edible, non-Mongolian menu. After you speak with Mr. Kim, you can access the shop list and purchase consumables. After you complete the “Mongolian Beef” side quest, Mr. Kim befriends you and gives you the Miniature Gong, which you can use to summon Mr. Kim to your side in battle once a day.
