Head over to City Hall if you’re bummed out about the vagrant problem in the city.
Go inside and speak with Mayor McDaniels. She wants the hobos out of the city so that South Park looks more appealing and compassionate.
The homeless are all around the town. Look for one in the U-Stor-It truck, or one off of the bus stop.
Others hang out behind Kenny’s house.
The majority, however, camp out in the sewers. Wander through the tunnels until you trigger the remaining four hobo encounters.
Get ready to block when hobos throw their bottles at you or try to kick your teeth in. They also tend to bring rats along with them, but the real threat is letting two hobos gang up on you. Reverse that theory: You and your buddy should target a single hobo and gang up on him. The quicker you eliminate one hobo, the better chance you have to win the fight without dipping into too many consumables.
Once you’ve wiped out seven homeless spots, return to Mayor McDaniels at City Hall. She befriends you and forks over 15 bucks for your cleaning efforts on behalf of the city.
