The robotic teleporter atop the bank enables you to reach the higher roof atop Tom’s Rhinoplasty next door. There’s a green duffel bag behind the building, which you can reach if you knock down the snowman and circle around back. Open the duffel bag for Sporty Glasses and a Health Potion (Large).
Inside the bank, open the file cabinet in the right corner for a Speed Potion. Don’t let the bank teller sucker you—any money you invest is going, going, gone! If you want to blow your money, walk next door and buy The Hasselhoff.
Once you have the gnome dust, shrink down and pass through the hole behind the black courtesy counter. Now you'll be behind the teller window and can claim the Golden Ticket and some cash from the duffel bag there.
