Go visit the Stoleys’ house. It’s the blue house with the Fast Travel Flag outside of it.
Speak with Kevin Stoley upstairs in his bedroom. You’ll have to decipher his Star Trek speak to figure out the quest: a tricorder—uh, iPad—has gone missing. Kevin thinks his dad dropped it near the church.
Head over to the church. Take the Fast Travel Flag route: It’s quicker.
Search the third tree to the right of the church. You’ll find the iPad on the ground behind the snow-covered pine.
Return the iPad to Kevin. He’s ecstatic, befriending you immediately and handing you the Missile of Slowing. Now when you hang out you hope Kevin doesn’t start jawing at you in Klingon.
