Speak with Officer Barbrady outside Tom’s Rhinoplasty for an instant new friend.
While outside, use the robotic teleporter atop the bank to beam up to that roof, then use the second robotic teleporter atop Tom’s Rhinoplasty to reach its roof. Open the yellow treasure chest for the Beatnik Mustache and Squire Gloves.
Inside Tom’s Rhinoplasty, search the magazine stand, air vent, and cabinet for the Business Office Key, Retro Glam Makeup, Bob Wig, and various other junk.
Speak with Mrs. Marsh at the front desk and you can order many flairs in the game for two bucks apiece. Purchase an accessory and Mrs. Marsh will become your friend. If you have money to burn, you might also want a nose job like the Nasal Desensitiver, Bridge and Tip, Cartilage and Nostrils, or The Hasselhoff (which has you coming out looking like David Hasselhoff!). You can always switch back to your original face for a buck.
