There are 12 Fast Travel Flags across the town. Tag any one to begin the side quest. Do this as early as you can in the game to open up the quick-travel network. It makes life a lot easier when you start running around completing quests.
Fast Travel Flags are located at the following places: the bus stop, Kupa Keep (Cartman’s house), Elven Kingdom (Kyle’s house), Kenny’s house, Kevin Stoley’s house, the elementary school, the church, the Post Office, Kids’ Park, U-Stor-It, Dark Meadows, Restaurant Row.
When you tag the final flag, Timmy arrives with his wagon to congratulate you! Besides opening up Fast Travel all around town, Timmy signs up as another social networking friend.
