What You Can Find Here
When you first arrive at City Hall, a gang of girls surrounds Annie in the courtyard. Beat the girl bullies to save Annie and gain her as a friend. She’s also your contact to recruit the girls during your main quest for Day 3.
Sna-kat, another Chinpokomon collectable, sits up in the tree to the left of the courtyard. Shoot the Chinpokomon down with your ranged weapon and collect it off the ground. Scoot around on the dirt path behind the tree, break the rocks at the end, and open the red toolbox for the Messy Face Paint and Bird’s Nest.
Father Maxi reads what we hope is a Bible on the bench to the left. Speak with the priest to gain the “Find Jesus” side quest. See the “Side Quests” chapter for more details.
Enter City Hall to speak with Mayor McDaniels. She will give you “The Homeless Problem” side quest and befriend you when you intimidate all the homeless out of her city. See the “Side Quests” chapter for more details. Go through the drawers on the left side of the room for a Monocle and a Strength Potion.
