Photo-Dojo is where you obtain your passport for your trip up to Canada in Day 3.
There’s not much inside until you’re on the main quest; however, you can reach the roof with your alien probe and an assist from the robotic teleporter in Douglas’ bedroom next door. Open the duffel bag for a Mana Potion, Snowflake Patch, and Power Potion.
