After murdering a garden full of Underpants Gnomes in Day 2, you can speak with the Underpants Gnome hanging out in your bedroom by the boarded-up hole in the wall. The Gnomes still have their quotas to keep, and since you slaughtered his brethren, he figures the least you can do is collect five Underpants for him.
Start with Cartman’s house two doors down. Search Cartman’s mom’s dresser for your first Underpants.
Continue down the lane to Stan’s house. You find two Underpants inside, the first in Stan’s dresser.
Look for the second in Stan’s parents’ bedroom dresser to the left.
The fourth pair of Underpants sits in Kyle’s bedroom dresser.
The final is the hardest to find: It’s in Kevin Stoley’s dresser. The best time to pick this up is when you speak with Kevin about the “Vulcan Around” side quest.
Once you have all five Underpants, return to the Underpants Gnome in your bedroom. He’s impressed and signs up as a social networkingfriend, willing to forget about the atrocities you committed against his old friends.
