You need the News Office Key to enter the South Park Gazette. If you don’t already have the key, go two doors down to the Post Office and retrieve it from the open post office box.
Search the Gazette file cabinets for a Health Potion (Small) and the magazine stand for Generic Glasses.
Speak with Esther. She’s waiting for an interview and becomes your friend without any extra effort.
Smash open the air vent next to Esther. Use Gnome Dust to shrink down and enter the air duct. Grab the Accountafish Chinpokomon and the Imperial Beard and Fencing Patch from the gnome hat in the air duct.
Climb up the air duct to reach the roof. Speak with Leroy Mullens to gain another friend. Ignore that the fact he has no life and sits up on an icy cold rooftop waiting to ambush rich adventurers and steal their gold.
