What You Can Find Here
You need to go to Canada after you obtain your passport at the Photo-Dojo (map point 29) during the “Heading North” main quest. Proceed into the Lost Forest and keep going north until you reach the Canadian border. If you have your passport, the Mountie will let you in. Otherwise, go practice your “Ehs” and your slapshots and return later.
Ottawa will be the first place you visit in Canada. Speak with the Prince and Princess to continue on the main quest. You automatically befriend the Prince when you return after your confrontation with the Bishop of Banff. The Princess friends you at the end of the “O Canada” quest. Be sure to visit the Ottawa Goods and Supplies shop on the way into town and raid the green treasure chest in the gift shop on the way out of the castle for a Joy Buzzer and Mana Potion (Large).

You befriend the Earl of Winnipeg after you collect three Dire Bear pelts for him. Battle the Dire Bears in the northeast section of town, past the Royal Mounties. Check out the Winnipeg Block and Tackle shop whenever you’re in town.

Befriend the Bishop of Banff by sparing his life after your confrontation in the cathedral. Visit the Banff General Store to restock on consumables, and open the yellow chest in the cathedral after you beat up the Bishop for the Discus of Bleeding, Ranger Patch, Power Potion, and Revive Potion.

You gain the Duke of Vancouver’s friendship after you take the Princess’s Letter to him. Break through the crack in the northwest corner of his office to reach the blue chest and recover the Lumberjack Beard, Serrated Axe of Rending, Barbarian Helmet, and Strength Potion. You befriend Terrance and Phillip after using Dragonshout, Cup-a-Spell, and the Sneaky Squeaker on them and letting them teach you the Nagasaki!

Gain the Minister of Montreal’s friendship after you free him from the Caves of Quebec. Use your new Nagasaki power to break through the rock wall and defeat the wild animals guarding the Minister before you reach the chamber with the Minister and a yellow treasure chest. Open the chest for lots of goodies, including the Barbarian Armor and a Speed Potion.
