Mr. Slave's Package

To pick up the “Mr. Slave’s Package” side quest, take the right path leading out of the Kids’ Park and go to the red house on the block.
Enter the house and speak with Mr. Slave in his living room. He asks you to pick up his package at the Post Office in town.
Run over to the Post Office. If you have the Fast Travel Flags active, you can quickly jump there without much effort.
Enter the Post Office and push through the “Employees Only” gate to the back area. Look for a vibrating package in the left bin. You can also score more loot from the adjacent treasure chest and various post office boxes (both locked and unlocked).
Return to Mr. Slave for your rewards. He befriends you and gives you the Rawhide Whip, which can be used to summon Mr. Slave to share his inner self with your enemies and removing them from combat completely.
