A big reason why this is the “Awesomepocalypse” (patent pending) is because you get to run around firing experimental homemade automatic weapons without a care in the world, at literal monsters, who are probably not subject to the Geneva Convention. There are no rules, and if there were, you’d be breaking them anyway.
Sunset Overdrive carries forward a proud Insomniac tradition of having a large arsenal full of crazy weapons, none of which are actually bad. The worst thing you can say about a few of these guns is that they’re made obsolete later, or that they’re best for particular situations. You should constantly be experimenting with each gun, finding your favorites and tinkering to find new combinations. It’s your Awesomepocalypse; blow it up in the way you think is best.
