Old Factory District, Little TokyoPrerequisites: Complete “It’s Me! Fizzie!”
This Quest has you revisiting Sasquatch and Friends to help out your old friend Dirk, of “Bora Bora Water” fame. Dirk thinks a parking garage deep into Little Tokyo would have useful electronics for the anti-Fizzco effort. The problem is that it’s controlled by Scabs. Dirk suggests going to the area and turning the enemy factions against one another to help clear them all out.
Travel to the east side of Little Tokyo to find the garage, which is so large that it encompasses its own city block. Once you’re here, cause commotion by breaking vending machines and triggering car alarms. A Chaos Level will show up on the left-hand side of the screen, indicating your progress toward making a totally obnoxious clatter. You can melee bash or dive bomb Overcharge vending machines and cars, and you can also dive bomb right onto cars and then bounce off, which will often explosively trigger the car’s alarm. If you’re having trouble maxing out Chaos Level, there is likely just a tier or two of the parking garage you haven’t yet canvassed for stuff to break.
Once you get max Chaos Level, with all the car alarms going and gallons of Overcharge spilled from broken machines, you’ll have riled up elements from every enemy’s faction. The Scabs are here, roused to protect their camp, while a swarm of OD capped with a Herker pours in. Fizzco Rifle Bots drop in on the fringe, sniping into the garage with their Fizzbot Rifles. There will be 35 enemies to decimate. They’ll do a fair bit of helping you with that, as OD and Fizzco Bots and Scabs will fight each other as readily as they’ll attack you. You’ll need to help out to make sure all of them get cleared out, particularly the Fizzbots and the Herker, who are usually the last baddies standing here.
