Old Factory DistrictPrerequisites: Complete “Bora Bora Water”

Reginald the hobo can be found to the south, in a railcar near the Bora Bora Water Facility. He wants to make his home elsewhere, but he wants a train engine as his moving van, and asks you to find one for him.

The train yard just north of “red-caboose Reggie” will almost surely contain a train engine, but it will almost surely also contain an occupation of Scabs. Head to the train yard with weapons at the ready and clear out the Scab presence. Once the Scabs are all dead, Reggie can ride out with the train engine.

During Reggie’s wild ride, stay on top of the train or keep up alongside, through whatever traversal means are necessary. Enemy Scabs and OD you might see along the way pose no threat to the train itself, but will attack you if you give them a chance. At some point along the way, the train’s progress will be blocked by rubble on the tracks ahead. The OD seem to have set up a kind of junk ambush, as a Spawner will attack here. Whether you deal with the Spawner and its OD offspring or not, you’ll have to clear the track. Blast away at the rubble for long enough and you’ll clear it; of course this is simpler if you take out the Spawner and clear its grunts first (and you’ll earn Overcharge and weapon EXP doing so), but you don’t have to.

With the obstruction cleared, the track is free for Reggie the conductor to take the train all the way to the north docks, straight through the Crown Blades Factory you and Sam stole a train from not long before.
