Old Factory District
Prerequisites: Complete “Take Back the Streets: Downtown”
Talk to Floyd at his flag again after the first “Take Back the Streets” Quest and he’ll offer up the next one. This one brings you back to Old Factory District; you can traverse there or just fast travel. You can take on the flagpole defenses in any order, though here they’re listed north to south. The first target in Old Factory District is atop a construction site, exposed to both other construction vantage points and the ground. The situation is messy here, with both Fizzco forces trying to defend the flag point and ravenous OD milling about the construction yard.
The second rooftop in Old Factory District is relatively low-height, but not vulnerable to the ground. OD are all over the place here, including Gunkers and even Wingers, which may complicate things when you hit the switch to begin swapping the flags. Fizzco Bots will drop in as usual to protect it, but you can saturate the roof with Pulse Mines to make it essentially impregnable.
The third flagpole location in this district is found atop a round tanker, which has a grind rail along the circumference. This area is now home to Wingers along with the usual OD suspects, and your fight with Fizzco will attract their attention too as you commence the flagpole defense. Watch out for a Winger to remove your only grind option up here, and hold out to secure yet another district.
