HarborPrerequisites: Complete “Take Back the Streets: Old Factory District”
Again Floyd entrusts you with the raising of flags in another district. Here, the flags are listed in a sort of clockwise order around the district, though you can take them on in the order you please. The northwest flagpole is on a comfortably large rooftop that has four exhaust fans, giving you plenty of traversal leniency and a relatively easy defense. Since this is a high rooftop, there aren’t OD to bother you, as during Old Factory District defenses.
The second flagpole site here, along the beach, is a relatively tall building, but not so tall that OD can’t make it up to the top. There are already OD harassing Fizzco guards when you get here, and you’ll have to contend with both as your flagpole defense progresses. This includes Gunkers, who can make your rooftop defense very unpleasant when you can’t even tell where they are.
The last flagpole defense in Harbor is at the southwest point, near the “Forest of Fargarthia.” The rooftop here is very defensible, but hordes of OD like to roam the bridge here, usually chaperoned by a Spawner, so you might clear the surrounded area before initiating the flag swap.
