Little TokyoPrerequisites: Complete “Take Back the Streets: The Harbor”
Check with Floyd again, and he’ll have the last “Take Back the Streets” Quest, for Little Tokyo. If you wondered why the rewards for the other flagpole defense Quests were a little on the small side, here’s why. It’s not that these are harder; it’s more like this Quest gives you a lifetime achievement award. (Also, an Achievement.) The west building here has ample places for you to grind and bounce to get a higher vantage of Fizzco Bots trying to climb up, and not much space for them to drop right onto the top.
The central flagpole here is atop a car park, and the irregularly-shaped outline of the rooftop ledge here means that you can avoid most Fizzbot shots if you simply keep grinding. This allows you to stay in motion while firing level along the roof’s edge, blasting any Blade Bots that vault up to the roof to try to stop the flagpole raising.
The last flagpole defense point is in southeast Little Tokyo, on a wide-open, flat roof that’s prime for Bots to drop and vault onto it. The good thing is that you’ll always have a sightline on any robot making a beeline for the flag itself. Issue summary judgment on any offenders and hold off Fizzco for 30 seconds to complete the final flag defense. The city is yours! Along with a ton of currency. Let’s remember what’s important, here.
