DowntownPrerequisites: Complete “Las Catrinas”
Speaking with one of Las Catrinas, you’ll learn that one of their sisters has gone missing and was last seen in an area dominated by Scabs. Not a good sign. If something happened to her, respects will need to be paid properly, with vengeance. Vengeance—venganza. You’ll have to check a high balcony on the west side of Downtown.
Once you find the right building, you’ll have to do some climbing. The evidence is found on the second balcony from the top: a megaphone and bloody shoes. That seems fairly incriminating, so La Catrina asks that you place an effigy in honor of the lost Catrina.
After placing the effigy, La Catrina will pipe in some appropriate remembrance music, and La Venganza will begin: you must head to the Scab base nearby and Stylishly kill 25 Scabs to honor the fallen sister, all before the song ends. This gives you three minutes to fulfill the goal. The Bloom Amp will be automatically equipped during this Quest, and you’ll need Style level 2 or higher to keep it activated, and flowers are what La Catrina is after. 25 blooming Scab kills later, you’ll complete the Quest, having honored the lost Catrina appropriately. Sort of.
