The ProPain Launcher is only available as a reward from Chaos Squad. It’s one of the rarest possible results from the spinners.
The Nitro Bomb, Taunt Bot, One-Handed Dragon, and Hair Spray Bomb can also be won from the spinners, which saves you having to buy them from Two Hat Jack.
Finally, you may receive Weapon Boosts, which each temporarily increase a primary stat for one of your weapons. A boost will run out after you fire a certain number of shots with the boosted weapon.
