Sunset Overdrive Official Strategy Guide Quests ACT 3

Fizzco: The International Conspiracy

Harbor

Prerequisites: Complete “Fizzco: The Dirty Secret” and “The King’s Feast”

The Fizzco mole contacts you again, this time via a phone booth on the southeast pier. He wants you to collect eight pieces of hazardous Fizzco evidence kept inside brown crates marked with biohazard symbols. That sounds perfectly safe, doesn’t it?

The mole wasn’t totally accurate with his description. Most of the evidence is in brown biohazard crates. Such is the case with this piece of evidence, which is found in a gaggle of boxes at the end of this pier. There’s usually a great quantity of OD along the waterfront here (even dreaded Muggers), so either be quick in your evidence acquisition, or be brutal with your mutant sterilization.

Just west of the evidence in the boxes at the end of the dock, you’ll find a boat just off the harbor with a float behind it. Bounce or air dash over and you’ll be surprised by a lone Scab holed up on the float with one of the items you’re after with him. Kill the curious hoarder and take the piece of evidence off the float.

This biohazard box can be found in plain sight on ground level inside the food market.

In the industrial waterfront here, you might run into virtually any type of enemy. Scabs and Fizzco Bots contest the useful machinery and shelter, while OD here are thick as thieves and will fight with anything. Several crates are in close proximity. One here in the yard; one on the roof of the building adjacent to the north; and one suspended overhead by a crane.

One of the evidence containers is simply left by itself up on this roof. This container marks the northern boundary to your evidence-collecting; all the other boxes are in the industrial waterfront south of here.

One piece of evidence will drive you mad looking for it if you’re assuming it’s something you can bust open on the ground. Look carefully to the sky above the yard and you’ll notice a brown crate dangling from the large idling crane. Shoot this crate with any gun to knock loose the evidence inside. Don’t worry, it’ll survive the fall.

This crate is somehow stacked on top of one of the industrial tracks used to move shipping containers. Standing up here provides a good vantage point to oversee the waterfront against Fizzco Rifle Bots and Scab Shooters, but there’s nothing stopping Fizzco Blade Bots from getting up here and chasing after you, either.

Another group of boxes on a boat moored here contains a brown evidence container. Dive bomb the deck to get the evidence, which is probably one of the last pieces you need if you’re around here. Collect this evidence and any other pieces left and head to the dead drop location on a pier slightly west.

Your last order of business is to deliver the assembled evidence. The Fizzco mole has set up a place on a thin pier for you to deposit the goods. It’s just a hop, water dash, and jump to the dead drop pier from the general evidence-gathering area, so it won’t take long. You’ll gain the usual material rewards from completing the Quest, as well as a sense of righteousness helping the mole nail Fizzco to a legal wall.
