Little TokyoPrerequisites: Complete “It’s Me! Fizzie!”
A member of Troop Bushido wants help working on his maritime badge, clearing the Scabs out of Little Tokyo’s waterfront. This seems like an impossible task, but your hero has a rather disgusting idea that just might work. It does happen to require a Herker, though, and they’re not the most cooperative creatures.
In west Little Tokyo, you can find a particularly gnarly-looking Herker. Not that any Herker is photogenic, but this one really takes the ugly cake. Attack it on the rooftop you find it on, then pick up its head when it dies. The ugly (ugliest?) Herker isn’t alone, and you’ll have a dozen or so other OD to kill on the side.
Ugly Herker head in hand, the next destination is the waterfront restroom. Here, you can change into a hacked-together, unspeakable creation.
With the ugly Herker’s head now functioning as the world’s grossest mask, it’s time to terrorize the waterfront. After changing, you’ll move in a counter-clockwise motion through the quadrants of the waterfront. At each portion, you’ll want to stomp and snarl around, killing Scabs. Brutalizing the Scabs will fill up the Scare Meter found on the left side of the screen. This meter indicates how close the Scabs are to packing up and leaving behind what seemed to be choice waterfront property.
As you terrify Scabs and fill the Scare Meter, you’ll be directed to progress slowly through the waterfront, first a little further from the water, then moving to the upper waterfront, close to the restrooms where you changed into this foul outfit. (At least it breathes nicely.)
Once you’re in the upper waterfront, you’ll be close to running the Scabs out for good. Continue grinding around and making mincemeat of these terrified looters. When the Scabs are entirely driven off, the Quest is complete. You’ll receive your rewards in Cash and Overcharge (and a grotesque mask, now ready to wear anytime) immediately, along with a surprise—your Herker imitation has been so complete that over three dozen OD (including another Herker!) have showed up to answer your call! The Quest is completed whether you decide to take them on or not, but just be aware that you have a rather large supply of visitors immediately upon conclusion.
