Sunset City is the site of an ongoing turf war between three separate factions, any one of which is happy to turn around and try to punch your ticket. This includes the OD, the mutated remnants of Overcharge’s unlucky userbase; the Scabs, roving gangs of crazed survivors who consider automatic weapons’ fire to be a casual greeting; and Fizzco’s roboticized security force, which advertise the merits of Overcharge while filling the sky with hot plasma.
