The infernal realm of demons is a dark and foreboding place. Ash and shadow are prevalent in this unholy land.

To the Black Stone

The Crowfather awaits the Reaper just outside of the Tree of Death. Speak with him to learn of this sinister new realm, and then proceed north into a small keep.

Veer left at the fork in the keep’s hall and follow the west passage to its end. Before exiting the keep, turn right and scale the nearby wall to reach a small ledge with a pressure plate. Collect the Book of the Dead page that sits near the pressure plate, and then stand atop the plate and split Death’s soul.

Backtrack to the fork in the hall and explore the east passage. With the pressure plate depressed, this passage’s gate is now open. Claim the Relic at the end of the passage, and then return to physical form and exit the keep.

Death finds Ostegoth lingering just outside the keep. The savvy merchant suspects something is amiss with the Black Stone’s lord, a powerful demon named Samael—for Corruption has ravaged even this unholy realm. Question Ostegoth for more information and trade with him before entering Samael’s stronghold.
