This haunted vessel is home to the Lord of Bones, high ruler of the Kingdom of the Dead.

The Dead Crew

A host of ghastly soldiers stand at attention near the deck’s center, but only one of them will speak with Death: a heavily-armed shade named Draven. Converse with this spectral warrior to gain some insight into the intrigue surrounding the Dead Court. Draven also offers to teach the Reaper an array of powerful new moves—for a price.

Scale the north stairs to reach the door to the throne room. The guards deny Death entry, and a robed specter appears. The shade introduces himself as the Chancellor, and informs the Reaper that no one sees the Lord of Bones without first proving their worth in the Gilded Arena. The Horseman must defeat the arena’s champion before the Dead King will grant him an audience.

As luck would have it, the Gilded Arena isn't far - the Eternal Throne makes fast at the foot of the forsaken place. Before taking your leave of the Dead King's vessel, go below deck and smash the debris to discover minor items and a Boatman Coin. A Tome is also located down here. Shoot the Stonebite on the support post near the Tomb as well.

To the Gilded Arena

When you’re ready to brave the Gilded Arena, exit the main deck through the south door and climb the growth on the right wall to reach another door. Pass through the door to step out onto a stone jetty where the Eternal Throne’s terrifying leviathans have perched. Steel yourself, Rider—the Gilded Arena lies ahead!
