Passing Through

Cut down Construct Warriors as you enter the Charred Pass, and explore a large hollow log to discover a hidden Boatman Coin.

Travel north from the log and slay the Constructs that guard a shallow marsh. After securing the area, scour the rocky north bank to discover a chest.

Dive into the well at the heart of the marsh and swim down to the bottom. Surface in a shallow cave, then scale the smooth wall and 180 leap to a chest. As you swim back out, claim a Boatman Coin that's hidden near the side of the well's broken piping.

Southwest Ruin

Pause to explore one last ruin before making your way to the Cauldron. Inside, run up the wall and perform a 180 leap from the highest hand hold to reach a wooden beam.

Jump to the next beam, and then leap at the far wall to run up it and reach the hand holds above. Scale the hand holds to reach a chest on a balcony.

Warriors at the Gate

After looting the final ruin, ride hard up the west trail to at last reach the Cauldron’s entrance. A burly Maker is battling a host of Construct Warriors near the drawbridge, so join him in dispatching the teeming fiends.

Speak with the Maker, Karn, to learn that Corruption has taken hold in the Cauldron. Grave danger lies within, yet Karn believes that Death might be capable of success. Question Karn to advance Muria’s quest.

Side Quest Advanced: “Shaman’s Craft”

With a swing of his mighty hammer, Karn shatters a thick chain and lowers the Cauldron’s drawbridge. Cross the bridge, but sneak along the ledge to the right and raid a hidden chest before entering the temple.
