Sou Arbiter’s Scrolls

The Soul Arbiter’s Maze is nearly impossible to solve without the aid of several scrolls that are scattered across the realms. Some scrolls are collected like items; others are obtained by inspecting bloody scrawls hidden in certain areas. Ten Soul Arbiter’s Scrolls reveal how to solve the maze, while ten Soul Arbiter’s Sacred Scrolls reveal how to access a secret treasure cache on each of the maze’s ten floors.
