Yoga Rocket: Dhalsim grabs the opponent’s shoulders, winds himself up like a screw in the air before them, then releases the tension with a headbutt into their body that knocks them back almost a full screen’s distance. Dhalsim also moves forward about the length of a dash, so he’s within range to dash forward again immediately and be ready for the enemy’s wakeup. Even if they quick-rise, Dhalsim is at +7 advantage against their rising animation, in good attack position.

Yoga Hoop: Dhalsim grabs his foe with one hand, winds himself up with his own arm, then unwinds to fling the enemy back over his shoulder almost a full screen, doing solid damage for a normal throw attack at 130. This throw doesn’t present an immediate opportunity to add pressure like Yoga Rocket does, but it can help Dhalsim get out of a corner or transition back into peppering the opponent with Yoga Fire and long-range pokes from afar.
