This secret level is unlocked when you earn the key by completing the Dr. Neo Cortex bonus stage in the Jaws of Darkness level.
This secret stage is another run through a dark manor using your Aku Aku Mask for light. At the start, before you begin moving forward, go back and jump to the sides of the corridor where there’s no floor down the middle. You find seven boxes there with masks and extra lives. This tough level adds spiders and more swinging blades to deal with as you progress. Keep moving quickly so you don’t run out of light.
