Rewards: Clear Gem—destroy all 100 boxes.
Move ahead to spot the first three boxes; you know what to do! After breaking them, take care of the frog and the other frog behind it. Break the Aku Aku box in the water. Jump out and bust open the big stack of reinforced boxes with a Belly Flop. Hop over the log blocking the path, pass the nitro box on the left, and go around the pit on the right. Kill the frog, break the four boxes—which include a slot box—and jump over the pit.
Here you face something new—a wizard. He fires a slow-moving spell at you, which you can jump over or go around. Spin into him to rid yourself of this enemy. Break the box behind him and enter the pool of water. Carefully avoid the two nitro boxes before heading back to dry land and a goat. Take out the goat and break all nine boxes, looking out for the small pit to the left of them. Break open the checkpoint box as well.
Eliminate the two frogs, one on each side of the path, and jump over the pit and log behind them. When you reach the two bounce boxes, break them and continue forward, past the nitro. Continue right, avoiding the pit, and jump onto the log.
Break the boxes you find here and deal with the frog and the goat. Jump over the pit and break the next box. Wade through the water, breaking the two boxes found in it. Take down the sword-wielding lab assistant when his sword gets stuck, and follow the path as it continues between two pits.
Deal with another wizard blocking your path, and take out the pesky goat that charges you as well. Break open the checkpoint here. Jump over the pit behind it and wade into the pool. Break the box in the pool, then exit the water near the bridge.
Cross the bridge to reach another sword-wielding lab assistant. Avoid the nitro and eliminate that enemy. Break the box on the other side of the pool, and take down the hopping frog. Skirt left of another pit to reach three boxes. Break the Aku Aku box and jump onto the box on the right that rests on top of a TNT box. Jump onto the TNT and then quickly cross the bridge.
Eliminate the goat and break the next two boxes. Vault over the pit to find another checkpoint. Break the big stack of boxes on top of the hill. Go into the pool of water and avoid the nitro on the right. Take down the frog and continue until you reach the “?” platform to the Bonus Stage.
After the bonus stage, you see a pit with a goat on the other side. Jump the pit and slay the goat. Continue through a pool of water, breaking the box on the other side.
Eliminate the two sword-wielding enemies (remember to wait until their swords get stuck) and claim the crystal behind them. Pass the next pit on the right, dealing with the frog nearby. Cross the bridge, eliminating the goat there. Get rid of yet another sword-wielding lab assistant. Hit the green “!” box to clear all the nitro on this level. The Clear Gem appears on the left. Claim it and enter the warp to exit the level.

There’s only a handful of time boxes on this level, and the majority of them give you only one second each. Run through the level as fast as you can, break a few boxes to stop the clock, and you should claim the sapphire relic. Be extra careful around the sword-wielding enemies. Getting hit by a sword slows you down. Claiming the gold relic or above requires an almost perfect run, unless you have the Speed Shoes, of course.
