Are you ready for another sprint race? You need to build up your street cred and show what you can do at high speeds. This is your chance to learn and improve your skills, as well as make some cash for upgrading your ride. This sprint takes the freeway from Royal Park to South Port, and then finishes with some fast driving down city streets.
Objective: Race to the finish line and be the first one across to win.
The race starts out on the off-ramp to the freeway. However, you’re using it to get onto the freeway. There’s a tight turn at the beginning, but you can take it without slowing down since you’re still accelerating up to top speed. Then just continue onto the freeway.
Use caution as you go around the turn in the tunnel. Once you get past it, put the pedal to the metal. There are five other racers in this event and some of them have pretty fast cars. Sprint all the way to South Port and try to get out in the lead. Use your nitrous if you brought some along.
The off-ramp at South Port has a couple turns. Slow down before taking the wider one to the left, then slow down some more to take the sharper turn to the right. By this time, you can race around the left turn at the intersection.
You now have a speed run through the industrial sector of South Port. Drive as fast as you can along this stretch.
At the end of the speed run, you have a turn to the right as the road goes under the freeway. Stay to the middle of this turn or you may hit obstacles on either side of the road if you go too tight or too wide. There’s another turn to the left and then a tight turn at the intersection. Stay under control—you cannot afford to crash here.
This final leg is another sprint with a turn to the left. It’s wide, so you can take it fast. Powerslide if necessary, then floor it all the way to the finish line.
