Amy invites you to a sprint race around Burnwood. It’s all on main streets, which are wide and give you room to maneuver. Amy is driving Nakai-San’s car for this race, so you’re going to need a fast and powerful car, as well.
Objective: Race to the finish line and be the first across to win.
This is a fast race and it starts out with wide streets and long, wide turns. Get out in front and stay there. Toward the end of this leg, there’s a quick turn to the left at an intersection, so you may need to let up on the gas or tap the brakes to stay in control there.
You are now racing through the main part of the city. Watch for traffic and stay in control on the turns. The one near the end where a long turn to the left has a short turn to the right can catch you off guard if you’re’ not ready. Take the wide turn on the outside and cut across to the inside of the short turn, then go to the outside as the long turn to the left continues.
As you round the long turn, punch it and get as much speed as you can for a section of straight road.
The course now reveals four sharp turns to the left. Slow down for the first one after the speed run. Powersliding around these turns is a good idea. Once you get past the last one, hit the gas and get to your top speed.
While this is another speed section, watch out for the long turn to the left. The road divides here and, if you’re in the middle, you might hit the center divider and crash spectacularly. Once you get past that, there’s a turn to the left. The road is wide here, so start out on the outside of the turn and turn toward the inside to make a straighter line through the bend.
There’s one last sharp left turn at an intersection, then a final sprint to the finish line. Powerslide around that turn and give it all you’ve got to be the first across the finish.
