Are you ready to get on the ultimate drift train? Risky Devil has invited you and Robyn to join them on a long one from the dam at the top of the Cascade Mountains all the way down to Burnwood.
Objective: Run the synchronized drift and get at least 150,000 Drift Score to win.
You start on top of the dam. Hit the gas and drift around the first two turns. They’re tight, but you’re not going very fast yet. This lets you get a score on the board right away. Then speed down the tunnel and take the lead.
Drift around the roundabout and sprint downhill. Try to stay in the lead. There’s a 90-degree turn to the left, so try drifting around it as long as you’re not behind.
Approach this 180-degree turn fast, slowing down a bit just as you enter it, then drift around it. Don’t worry about drifting around the rest of the turns in this area as you go around the lake. Instead, focus on speed and holding the lead.
There’s a sharp left at the intersection. Drift around it if you’re not behind, then continue through a series of tight turns. This where you can build up your Drift Score. As you progress through them, the distance between turns decreases, so you have less time to speed up.
After passing through the intersection, take the opportunity to floor it as you speed toward another tight turn. Be ready for the turn in the opposite direction that immediately follows it!
This is the main speed run of the course. There are wide and long turns along it, but you can take them at high speed. Be ready for a couple more turns ahead. By the time you reach the end of this, you really need to be in the lead.
After taking the right and left turns that lead to the monument, pick up speed so you can drift around it. This combination of turns requires some control.
You now reach a series of tight turns. Pick up any remaining Drift Score you need to win, and keep them clean and fast.
Take a left at the intersection. After a turn to the right, it’s fairly straight to the finish line. Sprint all the way to Burnwood to complete the run. Your opponents are fast and, if you get behind, you may have to skip a few drifts around turns and focus on catching up. Use your nitrous on those straight shots for some extra top speed that can be just enough to put you in front.
