Search The Town And Assemble A Gold Cloaks’ Uniform Or Purchase The Items From Shops
Objective Point A
If you’re flush with cash, you can simply go to the market and buy what you need to assemble a Gold Cloak uniform. It’s expensive, though, so you can skip paying the merchants if you want to save coin for future upgrades or don’t have the money to buy the items.
Objective Point B
When you pass the inn with Desmond, he mentions how he used to come here for drinks with his buddies. That’s your clue to search the area. Turn the corner and look out on the landing behind the building.
Sure enough, you discover a city guard passed out on the landing. While he sleeps off the wine, you can grab his breastplate and helm. Cross off two of the five items on your Gold Cloak list and move on.
Objective Point C
Return to Chataya’s for some more help. The madam stands outside this time, and after you explain your needs, she is able to procure a cloak from one of the Gold Cloaks inside having a good time with her girls.
Objective Point D
When you pass near the gardens that hold the secret entrance to the Sarwyck Manse, Desmond says that city guards sometimes take naps in this peaceful area. Look around the corner and you’ll spot a Gold Cloak resting in the shade.
Unfortunately, when you try to grab his items, the guard awakes. You have to fight him. It’s not much of a challenge—one guard against the two of you—so cut him down quickly and take his gloves and boots.
Use The Uniform You’ve Obtained To Infiltrate The City Watch Tower
Objective Point E
Don your Gold Cloak outfit and walk over to the City Watch Tower. If you don’t have the full uniform on, the guard at the top of the steps will not let you in. Once you have all five armor pieces equipped, you can enter the tower.
