Take the stairs up to the Red Keep’s throne room. There’s no more fighting the rest of the way; you will have to rely on your expertise with words to get you through the next encounter.
Objective Point B
When you enter the Throne Room, the Gold Cloaks will be on you immediately. They demand to know how you escaped their notice and get angry when Queen Cersei steps in.
You should swear allegiance to her and ask that she consider your industrious talents and give you a chance to earn her favor. Cersei agrees that you should serve her needs to win your kingdom, but with a twist—your next mission teams you up with Valarr. She will judge how well you both do and award the winner with Riverspring.

Meet In The Throne Room’s Antechamber To Await The Queen’s Pleasure

Cersei asks you to await her in the antechamber while she fulfills other duties. As you leave the throne room, you meet up with Valarr again. Your half brother is surprised that you escaped your dungeon cell, and he’s about to be shocked that the two of you are teaming up to hunt down enemies of the throne.
