Search The Sarwyck Manse For Clues On What Happened To Gawen
Objective Point A
You enter the Manse in a quiet and dark basement. No one is around. Feel free to search the areas for valuables left by the staff or Sarwyck family.
Objective Point B
Head upstairs and follow the corridor ahead. Check the first room on the left until you find the Letter from Gawen on the table. It tells of Gawen’s efforts to clear his name and attempt an audience with King Robert Baratheon. He never made it.
Objective Point C
Continue following the corridor as it winds around to the southeast. Check the last room for the Letter from Falena. It lies hidden behind the Sarwyck shield on the wall. The letter is from a whore in Madam Chataya’s service who had a relationship with Gawen. You don’t have any other clues to follow up on, so it’s off to Chataya’s to speak with Falena.
Objective Point D
Unfortunately, Gold Cloaks patrol the Manse. You have no choice but to fight them in the hall as you exit. One of the Gold Cloaks wears heavy armor, so you’ll have to leave him for last as you take down the other lighter armored foes first. Once you’re down to the heavy-armored Gold Cloak, switch to a blunt weapon to deal extra damage and finish him off before he finishes you off.
