Strategy
After talking to the villager, head down to the river, find the dead fish inside the netting, and accept the mission. Investigate the water and then enable your Hunter Vision. Follow the trail of sickness to the south, across the path to the east, and along the shore further south. Investigate another net full of dead fish and continue to follow the trail up three waterfalls and into a cave to the east.
Inside the cave, bodies rot in the water. They need to be removed to prevent more sickness, but first you must deal with the hungry Wolves ahead. Once the area is clear, pick up the three bodies and drop them so that they are completely out of the water. Kill any remaining Wolves to complete the mission.
