Far Cry Primal eGuide Locations Lost Caves

Charnga Cave

Type: Navigation

Enemies: Bitefish

Required: Grappling Claw, Antidote

The Cave

Just inside snowy north Oros, find Charnga Cave on the west edge. There are a few general tips for the ice caves. Icicles often block your path and must be shattered with your club or melted with a fire arrow. Sprinting through or taking an Antidote can minimize the effect of the poisonous gas. A couple of flooded rooms require time in the water, but be careful of a Bitefish that can appear.

At the first flooded room, shoot a burning arrow at the floating wood to set it on fire. This allows you to see while swimming underwater. Just past this point, descend into the rot fumes to gather the Daysha Hand.

At the second flooded room, spot more wood debris floating in the water ahead. Light it on fire and swim around to the far side of it.

After climbing out of the second flooded room, look for a frozen grappling point at a rock point. Hit the ice with a burning arrow and then use the grappling claw on it. Swing and detach on the other side.

A deep valley offers a quick death if you don’t make the jump to the other side. Get a running start and be sure you jump before the edge.

After the long jump, you reach a split with ice blocking both paths. The Cave Painting is on the left and right leads back to the exit.

Daysha Hand

Find the grapple point after swimming under the first pile of burning wood. Take an Antidote if available and descend into the rot fumes. Move through the gas to find the Daysha Hand sitting in the back of the room.

Cave Painting

After the long jump, you reach a split with ice blocking both paths. Drop down and shatter the left blockade. Study the painting on the far wall before exiting the cave.
