After speaking with the Wenja and locating the mission start point, head west following a path that leads down into a small canyon. Once you bump into the Friendly Hunter, two Jaguars immediately attack.
Help the Hunter fend off the attack, and use your Hunter Vision to follow their trails. Wait for them to hide in a bush, then use your arrows to finish them off while they aren’t moving.
One more Jaguar stands between you and the cavern’s entrance. This Jaguar is located on a rock to the north behind a tree, just before the cavern and can easily be picked up with your Hunter Vision. Have some bait ready as you head into the cavern if you want your chance at taming the Rare Jaguar. Taming it is much easier than killing it if you have the appropriate skill set.
Once you have tamed or killed this Jaguar, you face three Jaguars at the same time at the end of the cavern.
Use your bow to injure them as they try to attack; this causes them to run away in pain. If you begin to get overrun, set some of the surrounding shrubs on fire. The Jaguars fear fire, so this causes them to scatter, allowing you to pick them off one by one. After clearing this trio of Jaguars the mission is over.
