The Cave
In the southwest region of Oros, find a big bone tree marking an Udam lair in the southeast corner. Several Udam occupy Shanma Cave, including an Elite Slinger, so reinforcements can be called. Southwest of the main entrance, a waterfall offers an alternate way in by grappling claw. A long water tunnel connects this area to small pools on the north and south sides of the main room.
Just inside the main entrance you find your easiest takedown, a Slinger with his back turned. Peek around every corner and tag every enemy you can. Try to move Udam bodies to inconspicuous locations so as not to be discovered. Use the changes in elevation to your advantage.
Daysha Hand
The Daysha Hand sits in the east corner of the main room. Enter the cave at the waterfall and swim through the water tunnel to the south side of the main room. Sneak along the east side of the room and gather the collectible.
Cave Painting
From the main entrance, turn left at the first opportunity and climb onto the left ledge, quietly moving behind the Warrior so not to alert him. Use your grappling claw to descend into the hole to find the Cave Painting.
